  Superseded by v0.0.4. Use the current prerelease; earlier executables contain resolved Apply-path defects.

  Fixes the graphical Apply failure reported as: The property 'Text' cannot be found on this object.

  The WinForms event handler was passing a UI-label update closure into the execution module. In the packaged runtime that callback could lose the form control across the module scope. Apply now sets a stable running state before invoking the reviewed group plan and updates the form after the runner returns. No privacy control behavior or preset selection was broadened by this patch.

  The self-contained Windows x64 executable is published as four exact binary parts because the site reverse proxy times out a single 51 MB attachment. Download ms-private-0.0.3.exe.part01 through .part04 and reassemble-ms-private-0.0.3.cmd into one folder, then run the command file. It joins the files and verifies SHA-256 c0211d3230c4af9dc93a5cd1b89e914156f6a6c4bc62b13726f004dc6488f3b2. The source ZIP, AME package and checksums are attached directly.

  Validation: 115 PowerShell checks in Windows PowerShell 5.1 and PowerShell 7, 10 native launcher tests, executable reassembly/hash verification, PE/UAC/version inspection, source/AME integrity checks and a Defender custom scan.

  The executable is not Authenticode-signed yet and may show an unknown-publisher warning.
