ms-private AME wrapper

This wrapper packages the same ms-private scripts and launches ms-private-GUI.ps1. It does not carry separate privacy tweaks, disable Defender, remove Windows Update, or hide unsupported controls.

Build with Build-AmePlaybook.ps1. The builder requires 7-Zip because AME playbooks use an encrypted .apbx archive. Review and VM-test the resulting package with the validation protocol before distribution.
